*All bookings made less than 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment time are refundable.
*All bookings made in advance more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be eligible for refund if booking is canceled NO LESS than 48 hours prior to your appointment time.
20% (percent) cancellation fee will apply.
* All paid bookings are NOT REFUNDABLE if your booking is not canceled by calling or emailing to our reception desk 4 hours prior to your reservation time. For such refund disputes please have proof of your contacting our reception desk for booking cancelation at least 4 hours prior to your booked appointment time.
